Little review of 2023 and 2024 objectives

Previous article: Progress on the website and new ideas!

Happy New Year everyone! I wish you all the best and lots of good things for this new year! And above all, I wish you to live your dreams!

I’m going to give you a little review of my year 2023 which was a magnificent year for me, with lots of dreams fulfilled! And I give you my goals for 2024, hoping that this year is as good as the previous year.

Review of 2023:

  • I traveled for 3 months in Brazil and North America. The trip of a lifetime! A waking dream, stars in your eyes, a miracle! I loved it and can’t wait to see the next one!
  • I finally left France, which I had wanted for years. I now live in Canada, in Calgary. Another dream, another miracle!
  • I started writing full time, my job is now Author! Another dream, another miracle!
  • I wrote 2 novels, two short stories and took part in a challenge/competition. What happiness!
  • I now write in French and in English !
  • I changed the design of the blog to a website and took a domain name!

Goals for 2024 :

  • Continue to live my dreams: visit Canada a little more and take a little trip to the USA since I live right next door.
  • Continue to live my job from A to Z! I love it and hope it continues for as long as I love it!
  • Write at least the 2 stories I have in mind: the science fiction/anticipation novel and the collection of short stories on difficult current affairs subjects.
  • Write three or four short stories, two of which will surely be intended for calls for texts.
  • Move forward with this project which I have not yet spoken about and in which I am not alone.
  • Participate in at least two NYC Midnight Challenges.
  • If possible, start writing the apocalypse/catastrophe novel, continue the collection of revisited tales, write more short stories. Keep writing actually ^^.
  • And above all in all of this: continue not to put pressure on my writing. If I achieve my goals, so much the better; If I can’t do it, I’ll do it later.

So ! And you, what are yours?
